Onion Rings

  • 2 onions
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Bread crumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • hot pepper powder
  • cooking oil

Directions:

Cut onion into thick slices and gently separate each ring. Beat the eggs thoroughly and season the batter. Coat onion rings in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in very hot fat.
