The sale of an organized part of an enterprise will allow you to obtain the most favorable price in bankruptcy and, moreover, will secure the debtor company from any possible fall in its value and further reduce the costs of bankruptcy. It will also enable faster and more complete satisfaction of creditors and a significant reduction in the duration of insolvency proceedings. The proposed transaction is intended to preserve the Debtor's business and thus maintain a few hundred jobs.
