Fried ice cream in batter

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 350 g desiccated coconut
  • deep-frozen, favourite ice cream
  • deep frying oil

Directions:

Beat egg whites with sugar until thick and combine them with desiccated coconut, forming a thick mass. Place ice cream scoops on the mass, forming balls. Fry and serve immediately.
