Short loin, pepper and onion skewers

  • short loin
  • coriander
  • cumin
  • 2 red peppers
  • onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 200 ml natural yoghurt
  • mint
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Directions:

Dice the short loin into 1.5 cm cubes and coat in spices: salt, pepper, ground coriander, ground cumin. Bake the peppers in the oven until the skin gets black, remove it and place while still hot into foil bag for a few minutes. Remove the skin and cut into stripes. Cut onion into large pieces. Thread everything on pre-soaked skewers and grill on a hot. Serve with yogurt mixed with garlic and mint.
