Based on Article. 17 sec. 1 Regulation (EC) No 596/20014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directive 2003 / 124 / EC, 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC (OJ L 173 of 12.06.2014, "MAR"), Alma Market SA in the restructuring (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") informs about the submission of the two bankruptcy filings to the District Court for Kraków - Śródmieście in Kraków, VIII Commercial Division for bankruptcy and restructuring cases. Creditors who submitted applications are: General Bank of Savings Bank Polski S.A. and Benus Sp. with o.o. As of March 27, 2017 and March 31, 2017, the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, VIII Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Restructuring, issued a decision to suspend the examination of these applications until the decision to discontinue the restructuring proceedings pending against the Company . On submission of a simplified application for bankruptcy, the Company informed the current report No. 34/2017 dated February 14, 2017.
