Sale of shares

The Board of Directors of ALMA MARKET S.A. hereby announces that on January 8, 2016 has obtained a notification pursuant to Article 160 Section 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments , from Member of the Board – Mariusz Wojdon informing about transactions of sale:

- June 12, 2015 – ordinary session transaction – sale of 516 shares at the average price of PLN 17,25;
- June 15,  2015 - ordinary session transaction - sale of 59 shares at the average price of PLN 17,38;
- June 17, 2015 - ordinary session transaction - sale of 241 shares at the average price of PLN 17,35;
- June 23, 2015 - ordinary session transaction –sale of 287 shares at the average price of PLN 17,36 zł.

The transactions were concluded at Warsaw Stock Exchange in the mode of session transactions.

Legal basis:
Art.160 para. 4 of the Bill of 29.07.2005 on financial instrument trading.
