Candidacies of Ms. Małgorzata Moska and Mr. Mariusz Wojdon to the Management Board submitted by significant shareholder of Alma Market S.A.

The Management Board of Alma Market S.A. („the Company”) with registered seat in Kraków notifies that on June 25th, 2014 Mr. Jerzy Mazgaj, as a significant shareholder of the Company have submitted candidacies of Ms. Małgorzata Moska and Mr. Mariusz Wojdon for helding positions of Vice-chairmen of Alma Market’s Management Board. Notification has been submitted due to the point no. 11 of agenda of the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting that would take place on June 27th, 2014, which concerns appointment of the Company’s Management Board for next term of office.

Simultaneously, the Management Board announces that due to the previous excercise of positions of members of the Board by candidates, their resumes had been already published as part of current report No. 16/2011 on June 29th 2011, and are avaliable at the corporate website of the Company. As a result, shareholders of the Company have opportunity to familiarize themselves with them before taking resolutions concerning election of the Management Board members for next term of office during the following Ordinary General Meeting.
