The Board of Directors of Alma Market SA hereby conveys to the public list of shareholders with more than 5% voting rights at the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting on June 25, 2012:

1. Jerzy Mazgaj - 3 797 004 votes, i.e. 56,31% votes on Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 47,70% of the total voting rights,
2. IPOPEMA 2 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych – 1 042 103 votes, i.e. 15,45% votes on Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 13,09% of the total voting rights,
3. Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień” - 845 000 votes, i.e. 12,53% votes on Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 10,61% of the total voting rights,
4. PZU Asset Management S.A. – 399 378 votes, i.e.  5,92% votes on Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 5,02 % of the total voting rights
5. Pioneer Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty (jointly throughout sub-funds)- 398 050 votes, i.e. 5,90% votes on Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 5,00% of the total voting rights
