Change in 2009 financial reports timetable

The Board of Directors of ALMA MARKET SA, due to coming into force the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of recognising the equivalent information required by the law of the non member state dated 19th February 2009 (Dz. U. z 2009 r. Nr 33, poz. 259), hereby conveys to the public updated 2009 financial reports timetable of ALMA MARKET SA:

I. Consolidated quarterly reports (QSr):
1st quarter 2009 – 15th May 2009 (Friday)
3rd quarter 2009 – 13th November 2009 (Friday)

Moreover, the Board of Directors of ALMA MARKET SA has taken the decision of not publishing the consolidated quarterly report (QSr) for 2nd quarter 2009.

II. “Extended” consolidated report for 1st half 2009 (PSr) – 31 August 2009 (Monday).

III. Stand-alone financial report (R) and consolidated financial report (RS) for 2008 – 30 March 2009 (Monday).

Alma Market S.A., the dominant company of the group, pursuant to the Paragraph 83 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance does not publish separate stand-alone quarterly and half-year reports. Consolidated quarterly reports including quarterly financial information (“extended” consolidated quarterly reports) and consolidated half-year reports including shortened stand-alone half-year financial statements (“extended” consolidated half-year reports) are being published.

The report has been published pursuant to the Paragraph 101.2 and 103.2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of recognising the equivalent information required by the law of the non member state dated 19th February 2009 (Dz. U. z 2009 r. Nr 33, poz. 259).
