Simultaneously the Management Board of Alma Market S.A. conveys to the public that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Alma Market S.A. on September 29th, 2014, has adopted a resolution on appointment Ms. Anna Dubiel for the Supervisory Board.
