The Board of Directors of Alma Market S.A. hereby conveys to the public list of shareholders with more than 5% voting rights at the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting on June 27th, 2013:
1. Jerzy Mazgaj – 3 393 384 votes, i.e. 50,96% votes on Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 42,63% of the total voting rights,
2. IPOPEMA 2 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych – 1 017 531 votes, i.e. 15,28% votes on Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 12,78% of the total voting rights,
3. Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień” – 910 400 votes, i.e. 13,67% votes on Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 11,44% of the total voting rights,
4. Pioneer Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty – 398 050 votes, i.e. 5,98% votes on Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 5,00% of the total voting rights, therein:
- Pioneer Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Subfundusz Pioneer Zrównoważony – 125 050 votes, i.e. 1,88% votes on OGSM and 1,57% of the total voting rights,
- Pioneer Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Subfundusz Pioneer Akcji Polskich – 139 000 votes, i.e. 2,09% votes on OGSM and 1,75% of the total voting rights,
- Pioneer Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Subfundusz Pioneer Małych i Średnich Spółek Rynku Polskiego – 53 000 votes, i.e. 0,80% votes on OGSM and 0,67% of the total voting rights,
- Pioneer Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Subfundusz Pioneer Aktywnej Alokacji – 31 000 votes, i.e. 0,47% votes on OGSM and 0,39% of the total voting rights,
- Pioneer Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Subfundusz Pioneer Stabilnego Wzrostu – 50 000 votes, i.e. 0,75% votes on OGSM and 0,63% of the total voting rights,
5. PZU Fundusze Inwestycyjne – 389 297 votes, i.e. 5,85% votes on Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 4,89% of the total voting rights, therein:
- PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy Subfundusz PZU Akcji Krakowiak – 65 323 votes, i.e. 0,98% votes on OGSM and 0,82% of the total voting rights,
- PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy Subfundusz PZU Stabilnego Wzrostu Mazurek – 157 627 votes, i.e. 2,37% votes on OGSM and 1,98% of the total voting rights,
- PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy Subfundusz PZU Zrównoważony – 9 600 votes, i.e. 0,14% votes on OGSM and 0,12% of the total voting rights,
- PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy Subfundusz PZU Akcji Małych i Średnich Spółek – 17 604 votes, i.e. 0,26% votes on OGSM and 0,22% of the total voting rights,
