The Management Board of Alma Market S.A. hereby announces to the public the list of shareholders holding at least 5% voting rights at the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on September 29th, 2014:
1. Jerzy Mazgaj and Barbara Mazgaj – 3 816 729 votes, i.e. 57,30% votes on Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 47,94% of the total voting rights,
2. IPOPEMA 2 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych – 957 531 votes, i.e. 14,37% votes on Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 12,03% of the total voting rights,
3. PZU entities - 1 110 417 votes, i.e. 16,67% votes on Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 13,95% of the total voting rights, therein:
- Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień” – 930 000 votes, i.e. 13,96% votes on Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 11,68% of the total voting rights,
- Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń Na Życie S.A. – 9 937 votes, i.e. 0,15% votes on Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 0,12% of the total voting rights,
- PZU Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty UNIVERSUM – 26 513 votes, i.e. 0,40% votes on Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 0,33% of the total voting rights,
- PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty PARASOLOWY SUBFUNDUSZ PZU AKCJI KRAKOWIAK – 31 564 votes, i.e. 0,47% votes on Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 0,40% of the total voting rights,
- PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty PARASOLOWY SUBFUNDUSZ PZU STABILNEGO WZROSTU MAZUREK – 78 501 votes, i.e. 1,18% votes on Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 0,99% of the total voting rights,
- PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty PARASOLOWY SUBFUNDUSZ PZU AKCJI MAŁYCH I ŚREDNICH SPÓŁEK – 562 votes, i.e. 0,01% votes on Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 0,01% of the total voting rights,
- PZU Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty GLOBALNYCH INWESTYCJI - SUBFUNDUSZ PZU AKCJI SPOLEK DYWIDENDOWYCH – 83 votes, i.e. 0,00% votes on Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 0,00% of the total voting rights,
-PZU FUNDUSZ INWESTYCYJNY ZAMKNIETY DYNAMICZNY – 33 257 votes, i.e. 0,50% votes on Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 0,42% of the total voting rights,
4. Pioneer Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty – 398 050 votes, i.e. 5,98% votes on Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 5,00% of the total voting rights, therein:
