Significant contract

The Board of Directors of ALMA MARKET SA hereby announces that on day May 15, 2009 the Company has signed annex with PKO BP SA with its registered seat in Warsaw.

Annex higher multipurpose credit limit of an amount of PLN 46.5 million to PLN 50 million and extending the repayment of a loan from 1 March 2010 to 14 May 2011.

About the credit agreement the company has informed in the current reports No: 43/2007, 17/2008 and 44/2008.

The criteria for recognizing agreements as the significant ones is the value of the subject of the agreements exceeding the value of 10% equity of the Company. The total value of all contracts signed by the capital group of ALMA MARKET S.A. with the Bank during the past 12 months is 59 million, of which contract with the highest value is described the loan contract in the form of multipurpose credit limit.
