Information on the liquidation of a subsidiary

The Management Board of Alma Market S.A. ("Issuer") hereby announces that extraordinary meeting of partners of Flor Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with registered seat in Kraków (Flor limited liability company) – the subsidiary company of the Issuer (“Subsidiary”) on October 2, 2014 has taken the resolution concerning termination of the Subsidiary and opening process of its liquidation. Mr. Jerzy Mazgaj has been appointed as the liquidator of the Subsidiary. Application for opening of liquidation proceedings will be submit in the District Court for Kraków – Śródmieście.

The Issuer is a partner of Subsidiary and owns 100% of its contributions. Equity of the Subsidiary is 5.000 zł. Subsidiary did not achieve operating revenue in 2014 and does not anticipate conducting further activity. Liquidation of Subsidiary will not have any significance for the financial results of the Issuer and the Group of Alma Market
