Candidacy of Mr. Piotr Bryła to the Supervisory Board submitted by significant shareholder of Alma Market S.A.

The Management Board of Alma Market S.A. (the "Company") informs that on 27 June 2016 PTE PZU SA, as a shareholder of the Company, in connection with point 11 of the agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting to be held on 30 June 2016 concerning adoption of resolutions on appointing a member of the Supervisory Board, submitted the candidacy of Mr. Piotr Bryła.

Mr. Piotr Bryła is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Silesia in Katowice, where he received a master's degree. He completed a lot of professional business courses.

Since March 2016 he has been the Vice President of the Institute of Market Economy. Professionally associated with the commercial real estate market and consulting services. From 2014 director commercial real estate in the Silesian Center for Real Estate Sp. o.o. in Katowice. Previously, he served as Deputy Director in Multimed System Sp. z o. o. in Katowice and the Deputy Director of the NT Medical Sp. z o. o. in Katowice.
