Information on the liquidation of a subsidiary

The Board of Directors of Alma Market SA ("Issuer") hereby announces that partners of Flor Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa with registered seat in Kraków (Flor limited liability company Limited Partnership) – the subsidiary company of the Issuer (“Subsidiary”) has taken the resolution concerning termination of the Subsidiary and opening process of its liquidation, adopted resolution approving the payment of amounts to decommission to its partners (December 21, 2012). Flor Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (Flor Limited Liability Company) - general partner of the Subsidiary has been appointed as the liquidator of the Subsidiary. Application for opening of liquidation proceedings has been submitted in the District Court for Kraków - Śródmieście.

The issuer is a limited partner of Subsidiary and owns 99.5% of its contributions. Liquidation of Subsidiary as a special purpose company established by the Issuer for the realization of real estate investment takes place due to the sale of the real estate owned by the Subsidiary Company. Issuer informed about the transaction in the current report no 14/2012.
