The Board of Directors of ALMA MARKET SA hereby conveys to the public resolutions adopted by the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Alma Market SA on 29 June 2011.
 
Additionally the Board of Directors of ALMA MARKET SA conveys to the public that the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Alma Market SA on 29 June 2010 has adopted a resolution that appoints Ms Ilona Malik as the member of the Supervisory Board of Alma Market SA, as well as has adopted resolutions concerning appointment of members of the Board of Directors of Alma Market SA for a new term. Resumes of newly-appointed managing and supervising persons are in attached file.
