The Board of Directors of Alma Market SA hereby conveys to the public list of shareholders with more than 5% voting rights at the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting on 19th June 2009:

1. Jerzy Mazgaj - 3 629 204 votes, i.e. 61,42% votes on Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 46,36% of the total voting rights,

2. IPOPEMA 2 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych – 1 144 000 votes, i.e. 19,36% votes on Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 14,61% of the total voting rights,

3. Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień” - 723 288 votes, i.e. 12,24% votes on Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 9,24% of the total voting rights.
