Resolution of the Management Board of KDPW S.A. on approving series F shares of Alma Market S.A. to the Depository for Securities

The Board of Directors of ALMA MARKET S.A. ('Company') with its registered seat in Kraków at Pilotów 6 St. hereby informs to have been notified that on October 17, 2013 the Management Board of National Depository for Securities S.A. (‘KDPW’) adopted the resolution No. 770/13 as follows:
"Resolution No. 770/13 of Management Board of the National Depository for Securities S.A. dated October 17, 2013
§ 1
1. On the basis of § 40. subparagraph 2, 3a and 4a and § 2. subparagraph 1 and 4 of the Rules of National Securities Depository, following an examination of the Company's application, the Management Board of KDPW decides to register with the National Securities Depository: 13.679 (thirteen thousand six hundred seventy-nine) ordinary bearer series F shares of ALMA MARKET S.A. with nominal value of PLN 1.00 zł (one zloty) each, and mark them with code PLKRCHM00015, provided that the decision to introduce these shares to trading on the same regulated market, on which other shares of the Company marked with code PLKRCHM00015 were introduced, would be taken by the company conducting this market, subject to subparagraph 2
2. Registration of shares indicated in the subparagraph 1 shall take place within three days from the date of submission to the KDPW of documents acknowledging the decision referred to in subparagraph 1, however not earlier than on the date of introducing the shares on the regulated market indicated in the decision.
§ 2
Information on registration of shares indicated in § 1. subparagraph 1 will be delivered in the form of an announcement of KDPW.
§ 3
The resolution comes into force upon its adoption."
