Signing of annexes to agreements for working capital loans with mBank SA

The Board of ALMA MARKET SA (The "Company") announces that on 5 August 2016, the Company signed annexes to contracts for working capital loans with mBank SA with its seat in Warsaw ( "Bank"):

1 / Annex No. 5 to the working capital facility agreement concluded on 19 December 2014 extending the period of use until 30 December 2016 at the current level of 7,5 million zł.

Under the annex, the loan collateral consists of:
- Blank promissory note issued by the Borrower with a promissory note dated 10 December 2015
- Registered pledge on securities deposited in the investment account in „Dom Maklerski mBank”.

2 / Annex 10 to the working capital facility agreement concluded on 5 February 2009 extending the period of use until 30 December 2016 at the current level of 12 million zł.

Under the annex, the loan collateral consists of:
- Blank promissory note issued by the Borrower with a promissory note dated 5 February 2009
- Registered pledge on securities deposited in the investment account in „Dom Maklerski mBank”.
