The Board of Directors of ALMA MARKET SA hereby announces that has obtained a notification pursuant to Article 160 Section 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments as well as Article 69 Section 2 point 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading and public companies, from Jerzy Mazgaj - the Chairman of the Board of Directors, informing that on July 22, 2011 he purchased, in ordinary session transactions on Warsaw Stock Exchange, a total of 15,000 shares of ALMA MARKET SA at the average price of PLN 32,50 per share.
Prior to the transaction Jerzy Mazgaj held 1,552,800 of the company’s shares, which constituted 27.92% of the company’s share capital. That gave him 3,782,004 voting rights, that is 47.51% share of the total voting rights, including:
- registered shares of series A: 557,301 shares constituting 10.02% of the company's share capital and representing 2,786,505 votes, giving 35.00% of the total number of votes,
- ordinary bearer shares of series B, C, D, E, F i G: 995,499 shares constituting 17.9% of the company's share capital and representing 995,499 votes, giving 12,50% of the total number of shares.
After the transaction Jerzy Mazgaj holds 1,567,800 of the company’s shares, which constitutes 28.19% of the company’s share capital. That gives him 3,797,004 voting rights, that is 47.70% share of the total voting rights, including:
- registered shares of series A: 557,301 shares constituting 10.02% of the company's share capital and representing 2,786,505 votes, giving 35.00% of the total number of votes,
- ordinary bearer shares of series B, C, D, E, F i G: 1,010,499 shares constituting 18.17% of the company's share capital and representing 1,010,499 votes, giving 12.69% of the total number of shares.
