The increase in the total number of votes exceeding 10%

In accordance with article 70 point 1of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading and public companies the Board of Directors of Alma Market SA hereby announces that on September 26, 2011 the Company has obtained a notification from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw, acting on behalf of Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" (the Fund), concerning increase of total commitment to a level of 10.21% of the total number of votes at Shareholders General Meeting of the Alma Market S.A. (the Company).
 
According to market situation, information released by the Company as well as investment portfolio requirements, the Fund does not exclude acquisition or dispose of shares of the Company during the following 12 months.
