The Board of Directors of Alma Market S.A. („the Company”) hereby announces that on the day November 27th, 2013 the Company signed contracts for the rental of the premises for purposes of Alma Delicatessens stores. Subject of the contracts is leasing by Alma Market S.A. of:
1. premises in Plac Vogla Shopping Mall located in Warsaw – Wilanów at Syta Street from Ghelamco GP 1 Sp. z o.o. Callista S.K.A. and
2. premises in Ferio Wawer Shopping Mall located in Warsaw at Żagańska Street from BHK Kraków Joint Venture Sp. z o.o.
The Board of Directors of the Company announces that contract described hereinbefore signed with Ghelamco GP 1 Sp. z o.o. Callista S.K.A. („Lessor”) with its registered seat in Warsaw, fulfills the criterion for recognizing the contract as a significant, that is the value of the contract exceeding the value of 10% equity of Alma Market S.A..
The lease agreements have been concluded with Lessor for a period of 10 years since the day of beginning operational activity in premises with an option to extend the duration of the lease by two five-year periods. The value of the contracts concluded with Lessor (assuming the value of the rents and defrayals in the first year of operations) amounts approximately PLN 24.9 million.
