Significant agreement

The Management Board of Alma Market S.A. (the "Company") hereby announces that on 15th of March, 2016 the subsidiary company of the Alma Market S.A. (“Alma Development”) as the seller signed preliminary sales agreement real estate which is located in Krakow at the Stańczyka street with Skarbiec Dochodowych Nieruchomości Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych (The Investment Found)  with registered seat in Warszawa as a purchaser.

The Management Board hereby announces also that on 15th of March signed with Investment Found the lease agreement. Lease agreement was concluded providing precedent of the conclusion above described real estate sales contract no later than 18th of March beetwen Investment Found and Alma Development Sp. z o.o..

The amount of all contracts concluded with the Skarbiec Dochodowych Nieruchomości Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych within the last 12 months by the Company and subsidiary companies is PLN 60.6 million. The highest value is the lease of commercial premises in Krakow, which the Company informed in the current report dated 29 January 2016 (RB 03/2016).

The criterion for recognizing the contract as a significant is that the total value of contracts concluded with the Bank in last 12 months exceeds 10% of Alma Market S.A.'s equity.
