Dumplings filled with buckwheat

  • 1 cup of buckwheat
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 cubes of cottage cheese
  • clove of garlic
  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions:

Prepare the dough for the dumplings by a proven recipe. Cook grits groats and leave to get cold. Crush curd with a fork. Chop the onion and fry in a little bit of olive oil. At the end of cooking add the crushed garlic. Combine all ingredients, season and gently knead. Stuff dough and cook on lightly salted water.
