Coffee with whipped cream and ice cream

  • 200 ml water
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 200 ml double cream
  • 4 spoons coffee (powder)
  • home-made sweet cream ice cream
  • milk chocolate
  • optionally: whipped cream

Directions:

Recipe for home-made sweet cream ice cream: Scald 2 eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Add a spoonful of sugar to the yolks and blend it until fluffy. Whip double cream (200 ml) and beat the whites separately, until foamy, gradually adding a spoonful of icing sugar to the whites. Blend the mixture and place it in the freezer for 2-3 hours, stirring it from time to time. Meanwhile brew coffee with hot water, add hot milk, and leave it to chill. Pour chilled beverage to tall glasses (or cups), leaving a 2 cm space below the brim. Add frozen ice cream (the number of scoops as desired), sprinkle with chocolate crumbles. Optionally, you may add whipped cream.
