Tomino cheese and blueberries salad

  • ½ Tomino cheese in olive oil with herbs
  • ½ Tomino cheese in olive oil with red pepper
  • 10 blueberries
  • 5 raspberries
  • 20 g pine nuts
  • 20 g raisins
  • lettuce mix
  • 1 celery
  • ½ bell pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions:

Soak the raisins in water for 1 hour, then drain. Peel the celery, then cut in thin slices together with the pepper. Toss all ingredients together, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and vinegar.
