Apple sorbet

  • 4 dessert apples
  • 2 spoons vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 egg

Directions:

Wash apples, cut the tops off, remove the flesh and core, then place them in the refrigerator. Place the flesh in a small dish, grate finely, sprinkle with lemon juice, add cinnamon and vanilla sugar. Beat the egg white separated from yolk until thick, blend it with the flesh mass and place it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, stirring it from time to time. Add the frozen flesh to the hollowed-out apples using an ice cream scoop or a spoon and cover the apples with the tops.
